Performing a Scan and Login Test

This logon test helps you to make sure that you can log on correctly using scan and login.

To test scan and login

1. From the User Self-Management Website menu, select Manage > Scan and Login Test.
2. Enter your user name.
3. Enter your static password.
   NOTE: The test automatically sets the authentication type to initiate a scan and login process. You do not need to type a keyword, even if one is specified in the respective OneSpan Authentication Server policy.
4. Click Log In.
   If the user name and password are correct, you will be redirected to the next page with a Cronto image.
5. On your mobile device, open the Mobile Authenticator Studio 5 app and scan the Cronto image displayed.
